旋風除塵器,也叫沙克龍除塵器。主要用于一些大顆粒粉塵的初過濾,例如木材加工行業,同時也作為塑料粒子等刪選分離的除塵設備。
旋(xuan)風除(chu)塵(chen)(chen)器(qi)(qi)(qi)是由進氣管(guan)(guan)、排氣管(guan)(guan)、圓筒體(ti)、圓錐體(ti)和(he)(he)灰斗組成(cheng)(cheng)。旋(xuan)風除(chu)塵(chen)(chen)器(qi)(qi)(qi)結構簡單,易于制(zhi)造(zao)、安裝和(he)(he)維護管(guan)(guan)理(li),設備投資和(he)(he)操作(zuo)(zuo)費(fei)用都較低(di),已廣泛用于從氣流中分(fen)離固(gu)體(ti)和(he)(he)液體(ti)粒子(zi)(zi),或從液體(ti)中分(fen)離固(gu)體(ti)粒子(zi)(zi)。在(zai)普通(tong)操作(zuo)(zuo)條(tiao)件(jian)下,作(zuo)(zuo)用于粒子(zi)(zi)上的(de)(de)(de)(de)離心(xin)力(li)是重力(li)的(de)(de)(de)(de)5~2500倍,所以(yi)旋(xuan)風除(chu)塵(chen)(chen)器(qi)(qi)(qi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)效率(lv)顯(xian)著高(gao)于重力(li)沉降室(shi)。利用這一個(ge)原理(li)基礎成(cheng)(cheng)功研究出了一款除(chu)塵(chen)(chen)效率(lv)為(wei)百分(fen)之九十以(yi)上的(de)(de)(de)(de)旋(xuan)風除(chu)塵(chen)(chen)裝置。在(zai)機械式除(chu)塵(chen)(chen)器(qi)(qi)(qi)中,旋(xuan)風式除(chu)塵(chen)(chen)器(qi)(qi)(qi)是效率(lv)的(de)(de)(de)(de)一種。它適(shi)用于非(fei)黏性及(ji)非(fei)纖維性粉塵(chen)(chen)的(de)(de)(de)(de)去除(chu),大多(duo)(duo)用來(lai)去除(chu)5μm以(yi)上的(de)(de)(de)(de)粒子(zi)(zi),并聯的(de)(de)(de)(de)多(duo)(duo)管(guan)(guan)旋(xuan)風除(chu)塵(chen)(chen)器(qi)(qi)(qi)裝置對(dui)3μm的(de)(de)(de)(de)粒子(zi)(zi)也具有80~85%的(de)(de)(de)(de)除(chu)塵(chen)(chen)效率(lv)。選用耐高(gao)溫(wen)、耐磨蝕(shi)和(he)(he)腐蝕(shi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)特種金屬或陶瓷材料構造(zao)的(de)(de)(de)(de)旋(xuan)風除(chu)塵(chen)(chen)器(qi)(qi)(qi),可在(zai)溫(wen)度高(gao)達(da)1000℃,壓力(li)達(da)500×105Pa的(de)(de)(de)(de)條(tiao)件(jian)下操作(zuo)(zuo)。從技(ji)術、經濟(ji)諸方面考慮旋(xuan)風除(chu)塵(chen)(chen)器(qi)(qi)(qi)壓力(li)損失(shi)控制(zhi)范圍一般為(wei)500~2000Pa。因此,它屬于中效除(chu)塵(chen)(chen)器(qi)(qi)(qi),且可用于高(gao)溫(wen)煙氣的(de)(de)(de)(de)凈化,是應用廣泛的(de)(de)(de)(de)一種除(chu)塵(chen)(chen)器(qi)(qi)(qi),多(duo)(duo)應用于鍋爐煙氣除(chu)塵(chen)(chen)、多(duo)(duo)級除(chu)塵(chen)(chen)及(ji)預除(chu)塵(chen)(chen)。 工(gong)作原(yuan)理(li)
