7 m 焦爐機側除塵改造技術

焦(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)爐無(wu)組織煙塵(chen)具有典型的陣發性(xing)特點(dian),煉焦(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)生產過程(cheng)中在裝煤(mei)、推焦(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)及(ji)熄焦(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)時(shi)都會向大(da)氣排放大(da)量煙塵(chen),對周圍(wei)環境(jing)造成巨大(da)污染。分公(gong)司煉焦(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)部(bu) 7 m 焦(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)爐配備了成熟(shu)的無(wu)煙裝煤(mei)和焦(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)側出焦(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)地面站除塵(chen)工藝,但(dan)原設計機(ji)側車載除塵(chen)受限于推焦(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)機(ji)位置(zhi)空間,除塵(chen)器體積較小,無(wu)法滿足環保要求(qiu)。

1 機側除塵改造內(nei)容

分公司煉(lian)焦部現有 7 m 52 孔焦爐 4座,設計(ji)改(gai)造新(xin)增機(ji)側(ce)除塵系統(tong) 2 套。改(gai)造后的機(ji)側(ce)除塵系統(tong)采用了(le) U 型管水封除塵技術(shu),該技術(shu)已在日(ri)本(ben)關西(xi)熱化學

、韓(han)國浦項(xiang)焦爐上應用,通過采(cai)用車(che)載 U 型管與水封槽集(ji)(ji)塵(chen)管連接,實現(xian)(xian)移動吸輸塵(chen),配套地面脈沖袋式除(chu)塵(chen)器實現(xian)(xian)煙氣凈化。系統(tong)主要由車(che)上集(ji)(ji)成設備

、推焦機導煙 U 型管、水封(feng)槽(cao)、除塵地面站等組(zu)成,見(jian)圖 1。

在焦(jiao)(jiao)爐生(sheng)產過程中(zhong),機(ji)(ji)側(ce)爐門因推(tui)焦(jiao)(jiao)及平(ping)(ping)煤產生(sheng)的(de)(de)煙氣由車載集塵(chen)罩配(pei)合(he)焦(jiao)(jiao)爐擋(dang)煙板進(jin)行(xing)收集,混(hun)風(feng)(feng)煙塵(chen)通過推(tui)焦(jiao)(jiao)機(ji)(ji)上(shang)安裝的(de)(de)吸(xi)塵(chen)管(guan)道導出,經(jing)(jing)由U 型(xing)管(guan)水封系統進(jin)入(ru)(ru)地面站。首先送(song)入(ru)(ru)火花捕(bu)集器(qi)冷(leng)卻并(bing)對大顆粒(li)煤焦(jiao)(jiao)塵(chen)進(jin)行(xing)粗(cu)分離(li),再進(jin)入(ru)(ru)脈沖(chong)布袋(dai)除塵(chen)器(qi)進(jin)行(xing)凈化,凈化后(hou)的(de)(de)煙氣經(jing)(jing)除塵(chen)器(qi)上(shang)部(bu)集合(he)管(guan)被(bei)吸(xi)入(ru)(ru)通風(feng)(feng)機(ji)(ji)排(pai)入(ru)(ru)大氣。在除塵(chen)器(qi)中(zhong)被(bei)捕(bu)集下來的(de)(de)粉(fen)塵(chen)經(jing)(jing)格式排(pai)灰閥進(jin)入(ru)(ru)刮板輸送(song)機(ji)(ji),經(jing)(jing)斗式提升機(ji)(ji)進(jin)入(ru)(ru)粉(fen)塵(chen)倉,再由抽吸(xi)式罐車外(wai)運。通風(feng)(feng)機(ji)(ji)配(pei)備變頻調(diao)速(su)電機(ji)(ji),使(shi)通風(feng)(feng)機(ji)(ji)在推(tui)焦(jiao)(jiao)及平(ping)(ping)煤生(sheng)產時高速(su)運轉(zhuan),而在推(tui)焦(jiao)(jiao)及平(ping)(ping)煤間(jian)歇時使(shi)風(feng)(feng)機(ji)(ji)以低轉(zhuan)速(su)運行(xing),達到節約電能的(de)(de)目的(de)(de)。

1. 1 機側除塵改造(zao)技術要點(dian)

( 1) 推焦(jiao)機(ji)除(chu)(chu)塵(chen)罩通過(guo)集塵(chen)管與(yu)車載(zai) U 型管連接(jie),并在集塵(chen)管上設置(zhi)電控翻(fan)板(ban)(ban)閥(fa)(fa)(fa),車輛作(zuo)業時翻(fan)板(ban)(ban)閥(fa)(fa)(fa)開(kai)啟,構成煙(yan)氣通道(dao),煙(yan)氣經由水封(feng)裝置(zhi)進入地(di)面凈化(hua)系(xi)統,未(wei)作(zuo)業備車翻(fan)板(ban)(ban)閥(fa)(fa)(fa)關(guan)閉,保(bao)證作(zuo)業車輛除(chu)(chu)塵(chen)吸力。同時將除(chu)(chu)塵(chen)翻(fan)板(ban)(ban)與(yu)風(feng)(feng)機(ji)建立聯鎖,保(bao)證在除(chu)(chu)塵(chen)翻(fan)板(ban)(ban)打開(kai)的情況下風(feng)(feng)機(ji)方(fang)可起高速(su),避免吸力過(guo)大導致水封(feng)槽抽(chou)癟或風(feng)(feng)道(dao)進水。車載(zai) U 型彎(wan)管下端始終浸(jin)在水封(feng)槽中(zhong),車輛移(yi)(yi)動(dong)時沿著(zhu)焦(jiao)爐的全長方(fang)向隨車移(yi)(yi)動(dong),水封(feng)裝置(zhi)為系(xi)統提供嚴格的密(mi)封(feng)性,確保(bao)全爐區域完全無泄漏移(yi)(yi)動(dong)連接(jie),大大減(jian)小了風(feng)(feng)機(ji)的能量損失。

( 2) 由(you)于分公司煉焦(jiao)部 4 座焦(jiao)爐共用 3 臺推焦(jiao)機(ji),在日常生產(chan)過程中 2#推焦(jiao)機(ji)需根據實際生產(chan)位置(zhi)接(jie)入南側(ce)(ce)或(huo)北(bei)側(ce)(ce)除(chu)塵系(xi)統(tong)。為保證2#推焦(jiao)機(ji)可同(tong)時滿足南北(bei)爐區作(zuo)業條件,將南北(bei)兩側(ce)(ce)機(ji)側(ce)(ce)除(chu)塵系(xi)統(tong)水(shui)封槽連通(tong),同(tong)時在中間位置(zhi)設置(zhi)翻(fan)(fan)(fan)板(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)。翻(fan)(fan)(fan)板(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)系(xi)統(tong)包(bao)括風(feng)道翻(fan)(fan)(fan)板(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)和水(shui)道翻(fan)(fan)(fan)板(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)兩部分,其中風(feng)道翻(fan)(fan)(fan)板(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)常關,水(shui)道翻(fan)(fan)(fan)板(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)設置(zhi)限位開關,當 2#推焦(jiao)機(ji)達到指定(ding)位置(zhi)時水(shui)道翻(fan)(fan)(fan)板(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)打開,推焦(jiao)機(ji)通(tong)過后翻(fan)(fan)(fan)板(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)關閉,以確(que)保推焦(jiao)機(ji)通(tong)行順暢且 2 座機(ji)側(ce)(ce)除(chu)塵系(xi)統(tong)不相互干擾(rao)。

 ( 3) 受(shou)限于焦(jiao)爐區域(yu)地(di)面(mian)空(kong)間位置(zhi),煉焦(jiao)部(bu) 2座(zuo)機側(ce)除塵(chen)地(di)面(mian)站均置(zhi)于兩(liang)級焦(jiao)爐中段位置(zhi),且通(tong)過地(di)下管與水封槽(cao)風道連(lian)接。

主(zhu)要性能參數(shu)

( 1) 單 座除 塵 地(di) 面 站 系 統: 風(feng) 機 處 理 能 力170 000 m3/ h( 110 ℃) ,全壓 8 000 Pa; 除塵器(qi)布袋(dai)1 344 條,總過濾面積 4 080m2; 配(pei)備 630 k W/10 k VYPT 500 - 6 型變頻調速電(dian)機 1 臺,設計最大轉(zhuan)速992 r / min。

( 2) 水(shui)封(feng)裝(zhuang)置: 水(shui)封(feng)槽實際運行注入水(shui)面高(gao)度850 mm( 保(bao)證壓(ya)差大于(yu) 8 500 Pa 密(mi)封(feng)能力) ; 水(shui)封(feng)箱體兩(liang)端設(she)置滿流管及水(shui)位上下限(xian)報警裝(zhuang)置,保(bao)證水(shui)位控制(zhi)在合理區間內; U 型(xing)管出風(feng)口頂部距水(shui)面高(gao)度不(bu)小(xiao)于(yu) 650 mm,防止 U 型(xing)管內進水(shui); 風(feng)機(ji)高(gao)速運行壓(ya)力小(xiao)于(yu) 3 000 Pa( 水(shui)位落差小(xiao)于(yu) 150 mm) ,風(feng)機(ji)低速狀(zhuang)態壓(ya)力小(xiao)于(yu) 500 Pa; 除塵管吸力大于(yu) 3 000 Pa時,末端安全閥自動開啟保(bao)護。

2 運行(xing)中存在的問題(ti)及解決方(fang)法

2. 1 車載(zai)集塵罩優化

車載集塵罩(zhao)作為(wei)(wei)機側除(chu)塵系統(tong)第(di) 1 道工序(xu),其集塵效(xiao)果對于整個系統(tong)運行效(xiao)果至關重要。由于焦(jiao)(jiao)爐爐體(ti)結構原因(yin),在(zai)集塵罩(zhao)設計(ji)過程中必須預留一定的間(jian)隙,避免(mian)集塵罩(zhao)本體(ti)與焦(jiao)(jiao)爐上部(bu)大彈簧拉桿及擋煙板(ban)發(fa)生刮碰。但在(zai)實際運行過程中存(cun)在(zai)預留間(jian)隙跑煙問題(ti),為(wei)(wei)有效(xiao)解決該問題(ti),進(jin)行了如下改進(jin)。

( 1) 縮短預留(liu)間隙(xi),通過焊接白鋼板(ban)條延長集塵罩(zhao)前檐及兩側(ce)前端(duan),保證(zheng)運(yun)行過程中最小(xiao)間隙(xi)不(bu)大于(yu) 50 mm。

( 2) 安裝(zhuang)擋(dang)煙簾,將 120 mm 寬石棉(mian)布通過(guo)角(jiao)鋼固定在(zai)集(ji)塵罩(zhao)前(qian)檐(yan)上(shang),石棉(mian)布在(zai)重(zhong)力作用下(xia)(xia)自然垂(chui)下(xia)(xia),達到密封集(ji)塵罩(zhao)前(qian)檐(yan)與(yu)焦爐擋(dang)煙板垂(chui)直間(jian)隙的(de)(de)目的(de)(de)。

同時對推焦、平(ping)煤(mei)(mei)吸(xi)(xi)(xi)塵口(kou)吸(xi)(xi)(xi)力(li)分(fen)(fen)配進(jin)行更(geng)改(gai),原設計推焦、平(ping)煤(mei)(mei)吸(xi)(xi)(xi)塵口(kou)吸(xi)(xi)(xi)力(li)最大分(fen)(fen)配比為(wei)7 ∶ 3,但將分(fen)(fen)配比設為(wei)最大,仍(reng)存在平(ping)煤(mei)(mei)吸(xi)(xi)(xi)塵口(kou)吸(xi)(xi)(xi)力(li)過剩問題(ti),且機側冒煙(yan) 80% 以上為(wei)出(chu)焦冒煙(yan),平(ping)煤(mei)(mei)冒煙(yan)較少。因此,我們將吸(xi)(xi)(xi)力(li)分(fen)(fen)配翻板極(ji)限更(geng)改(gai)為(wei)8 ∶ 2。通過對集塵罩系統進(jin)行優(you)化(hua)改(gai)進(jin),集塵效果顯(xian)著提升。

2. 2 風道進(jin)水問題研究(jiu)

煉焦(jiao)部(bu)(bu)機(ji)側(ce)除(chu)塵(chen)水(shui)封(feng)系統(tong) U 型(xing)管(guan)(guan)(guan)結構形式(shi)采用(yong)了(le)日(ri)本住友水(shui)封(feng)除(chu)塵(chen)專利的原版結構,設計過程(cheng)中(zhong)充分(fen)考(kao)慮了(le)車(che)輛(liang)走(zou)行(xing)、風機(ji)抽(chou)吸(xi)力(li)等可(ke)能(neng)導致 U型(xing)管(guan)(guan)(guan)進(jin)水(shui)的可(ke)能(neng)。但(dan)系統(tong)投入運行(xing)后(hou),仍出(chu)現了(le)風道進(jin)水(shui)問題,停機(ji)檢查發現U 型(xing)管(guan)(guan)(guan)內部(bu)(bu)、風道及(ji)地下管(guan)(guan)(guan)中(zhong)均有進(jin)水(shui)問題,同時(shi)逐步(bu)顯現除(chu)塵(chen)器壓差增大(da)除(chu)塵(chen)布(bu)袋板結問題。排(pai)(pai)除(chu)水(shui)封(feng)裝置內漏原因后(hou),考(kao)慮可(ke)能(neng)原因如下:① 由(you)于(yu)水(shui)封(feng)槽土建基礎和(he) U 型(xing)導煙管(guan)(guan)(guan)安裝標高存(cun)在誤差,現場測(ce)量(liang) 1#車(che)誤差約(yue) 56 mm ( U 型(xing)管(guan)(guan)(guan)下移) ,2#車(che)誤差約(yue) 53 mm( U 型(xing)管(guan)(guan)(guan)上移) ,3#車(che)誤差約(yue)76 mm( U 型(xing)管(guan)(guan)(guan)下移) 。當下雨(yu)較大(da)或自動(dong)給水(shui)閥門(men)故障(zhang)時(shi),水(shui)封(feng)槽兩端滿流管(guan)(guan)(guan)排(pai)(pai)水(shui)量(liang)不足以排(pai)(pai)出(chu)進(jin)水(shui)

量,水封槽水位出(chu)現增高(gao)現象,此時推焦機(ji)快速移動(dong),造成局部(bu)水位變高(gao),導(dao)致 U 型(xing)導(dao)煙管先進水,然后 U 型(xing)導(dao)煙管里的(de)水在負壓作用下(xia)進入水封槽氣

室; ② 水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)封(feng)(feng)槽中間位(wei)(wei)(wei)置(zhi)由(you)(you)于擋(dang)(dang)板(ban)密封(feng)(feng)不嚴等原因(yin),在(zai)(zai) 2 座除塵(chen)風(feng)(feng)(feng)(feng)機共(gong)同(tong)(tong)作(zuo)(zuo)用(yong)下(xia)(xia),導(dao)(dao)致局部(bu)(bu)液(ye)位(wei)(wei)(wei)升高或形成(cheng)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)花進(jin)入風(feng)(feng)(feng)(feng)道( 風(feng)(feng)(feng)(feng)道中間段即兩地(di)(di)下(xia)(xia)管(guan)(guan)接(jie)(jie)(jie)口之間進(jin)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)量較大) ; ③ 由(you)(you)于采用(yong)地(di)(di)下(xia)(xia)管(guan)(guan)設計(ji),煙(yan)氣(qi)流通(tong)(tong)路徑(jing)變化較大U 型管(guan)(guan)出(chu)(chu)口處可能會(hui)出(chu)(chu)現部(bu)(bu)分煙(yan)氣(qi)折(zhe)流造(zao)成(cheng)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)面(mian)(mian)波(bo)動(dong)。同(tong)(tong)時(shi)當風(feng)(feng)(feng)(feng)道進(jin)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)時(shi),水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)可以(yi)直(zhi)接(jie)(jie)(jie)流入地(di)(di)下(xia)(xia),在(zai)(zai)風(feng)(feng)(feng)(feng)機抽吸力作(zuo)(zuo)用(yong)下(xia)(xia)形成(cheng)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)霧(wu),水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)霧(wu)隨混合煙(yan)氣(qi)向除塵(chen)器(qi)移動(dong),且由(you)(you)于管(guan)(guan)道攀升段較短,不足以(yi)將(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)霧(wu)沉降(jiang)(jiang)下(xia)(xia)來(lai)而(er)直(zhi)接(jie)(jie)(jie)進(jin)入除塵(chen)器(qi),導(dao)(dao)致除塵(chen)器(qi)布袋板(ban)結問題。為(wei)此我們制定(ding)改進(jin)措施如下(xia)(xia): ① 將(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)原設計(ji) U型管(guan)(guan)進(jin)行延(yan)長,使水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)面(mian)(mian)露出(chu)(chu)部(bu)(bu)分增加(jia) 100 mm,并(bing)將(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)U 型管(guan)(guan)出(chu)(chu)風(feng)(feng)(feng)(feng)口改為(wei)過(guo)頂(ding)式(shi)出(chu)(chu)風(feng)(feng)(feng)(feng)口( 圖 2 ) ,避免(mian)折(zhe)流煙(yan)氣(qi)直(zhi)接(jie)(jie)(jie)作(zuo)(zuo)用(yong)于水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)面(mian)(mian),引起水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)面(mian)(mian)波(bo)動(dong); ② 在(zai)(zai)風(feng)(feng)(feng)(feng)道與(yu)地(di)(di)下(xia)(xia)管(guan)(guan)接(jie)(jie)(jie)口處增加(jia) 300 mm 高圍堰(yan),同(tong)(tong)時(shi)在(zai)(zai)氣(qi)室增加(jia)排(pai)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)點(dian),這(zhe)樣即使出(chu)(chu)現特殊(shu)情(qing)況導(dao)(dao)致風(feng)(feng)(feng)(feng)道進(jin)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui),也不至于水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)直(zhi)接(jie)(jie)(jie)進(jin)入地(di)(di)下(xia)(xia)管(guan)(guan),可以(yi)直(zhi)接(jie)(jie)(jie)通(tong)(tong)過(guo)排(pai)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)點(dian)排(pai)出(chu)(chu),有效降(jiang)(jiang)低了形成(cheng)的水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)霧(wu)進(jin)入除塵(chen)器(qi)的可能;③ 以(yi)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)封(feng)(feng)槽中間隔板(ban)為(wei)中心向兩側增加(jia)擋(dang)(dang)板(ban),將(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)連接(jie)(jie)(jie)風(feng)(feng)(feng)(feng)道和水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)道的通(tong)(tong)道堵死,防止該位(wei)(wei)(wei)置(zhi)因(yin)特殊(shu)原因(yin)導(dao)(dao)致吸力過(guo)大,引起的局部(bu)(bu)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)位(wei)(wei)(wei)升高而(er)進(jin)入風(feng)(feng)(feng)(feng)道。通(tong)(tong)過(guo)以(yi)上(shang)改進(jin)措施,水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)封(feng)(feng)系統運行穩(wen)定(ding),未(wei)再發生(sheng)風(feng)(feng)(feng)(feng)道進(jin)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)問題。
